What is your return policy?

Should your order not meet your expectations, or if you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Support team.  Unused and unopened products bought directly from Pomegranate may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment, excluding non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times of payment providers.If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact our Customer Support team.

How do I return an item?

1. Make sure that your order qualifies.

Unused and unopened products bought directly from Pomegranate may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.

2. Contact customer support hello@pomegranate.com.

They will send you a return authorization.

3. Return your order and return authorization form to:

4. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment, excluding non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times of payment providers.If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact Customer Support.  

Do you allow exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we always try to be as accommodating as possible. Please contact customer support hello@pomegranate.com.
