From colorful kitchens to serene fishing docks, Carl Larsson captured the joys of everyday family life with his intimate works of art. After Larsson and his family moved into their country cottage Lilla Hyttnäs, he found artistic inspiration in the community and the house itself (for which his wife, artist Karin Bergöö, did much of the interior design).
