Robert Bissell

In Robert Bissell’s magical realism paintings, animals are a mirror for human existence, self-definition, and reflection. Bissell grew up on a farm in the English countryside, immersed in a world of animals and literature, and he incorporates both in his art and writings. His explorations of zoomorphism—portraying humans as non-humans—prompt us to ponder the environment, death and renewal, the stages of transition, and the mystery of life. He invokes a sense of peace and harmony in his allegorical paintings and dreamy landscapes, and continually investigates the nature of spirit. He divides his time between London and San Francisco and exhibits regularly in the UK and the US.

Beautiful Puzzle

Haven't worked on this puzzle yet, but I really like the artwork. Can also be used to decorate a whimsical home office!

Thanks Candace! How's about that for thinking outside the box? :)

The Kiss

I have done a 100 or more puzzles and never had the problems I encountered with Robert Bissell’s “The Kiss”. I wondered if it was a joke or someone had put pieces from several puzzles. Two of us worked on it for three days. Yikes. We gave up and dumped it in the trash

We're sorry you had some trouble with this puzzle. This doesn't sound quite right. Had you contacted us before you discarded the puzzle, we would have been happy to assist with a resolution.
