Kate Krasin rendered the West’s monumental landscapes on an intimate, human scale and created exquisite studies of the region’s native plants and flowers. The two silkscreen prints in this folio demonstrate two different approaches: a traditional grove of apple trees pairs with a modern take on a Southwest landscape. Both exhibit Krasin’s fine sense of light-emitting colors.
Contains five each of the following notecards:
South of Santa Fe, 1977
Chimayo Apples, 1977
