Product Guarantee & Return Information Availability We try to keep everything in our website available at all times. However, if an item you order happens to be out of stock, we will contact you. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number with your order. Gifts You may ship your purchase directly to the receipient using the shipping address fields on the order form. Please specify "this order is a gift" and we will mail the receipt to your billing address instead of enclosing it with the goods. You may enter gift text which will be handwritten on a free gift card and enclosed with the shipment. Gift wrapping service is also available for $4.50 per item. After You Order Immediately after placing your order online you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another confirmation after your order leaves our warehouse. Pomegranate generally ships orders within 3-5 days of receipt. Shipping Our products are shipped from Petaluma, California. We primarily ship by Federal Express Ground ('ground' service). For faster service we offer Federal Express Air delivery. Shipping and handling will be added, according to one of the tables below, when you complete your order. Charges are based on the order total. Delivery Time The shipping option you select effects your order delivery time. International Orders Pomegranate.com ships internationally including to the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Africa and the Middle East. Transit time is generally 10-15 business days but can take longer; all orders should arrive within six weeks of the ship date. Add $20 to the below listed charges for orders shipping to Finland, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, or Portugal.
