Pomegranate.com ships from Oregon to the USA and many international destinations.
Order Status and Questions
Please contact us and be assured that we are most interested in resolving any problem you experience while shopping on our site. It is helpful if you provide either your order number, or the "bill to" name and approximate date the order was placed.
Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Pomegranate.com gift certificates. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please use our printable order form.
Sales Tax
8% tax is charged on orders shipping to California.

Availability
We try to keep everything in our website available at all times. However, if an item you order happens to be out of stock, we will contact you. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number with your order.
Gifts
You may ship your purchase directly to the receipient using the shipping address fields on the order form. You may enter gift text which will be handwritten on a free gift card and enclosed with the shipment.
Gift wrapping service is also available for $4.50 per item.
After You Order
Immediately after placing your order online you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another confirmation after your order leaves our warehouse. Pomegranate generally ships orders within 3-5 days of receipt.
Shipping
Our products are shipped from Portland, Oregon. We primarily ship by United Parcel Service Ground ('ground' service). For faster service we offer Federal Express Air delivery. Shipping and handling will be added, according to one of the tables below, when you complete your order. Charges are based on the order total.

Delivery Time
The shipping option you select effects your order delivery time. Estimated order delivery time includes three to five business days for processing & shipping your order PLUS transit days as specified by the carrier.
USA Shipping & Handling (incl. APO and FPO addresses)
Canadian Address Shipping & Handling
Shipments to Canada generally have a 10-15 business day transit time, however they can in rare cases take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
International Orders
Pomegranate.com ships internationally including to the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Africa and the Middle East. Transit time is generally 10-15 business days but can take longer; all orders should arrive within six weeks of the ship date. Add $20 to the below listed charges for orders shipping to Finland, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, or Portugal.

All international orders are subject to freight cost adjustment if the items cannot be shipped in one package. When freight cost adjustment is necessary we will contact you by email for your approval before shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Pomegranate does not offer same day or next day shipping for air delivery packages. Shipping and handling fees for late deliveries are not refundable if the carrier is unable to deliver on time for any reason beyond their control including incorrect address or weather delay. |
