I am looking for a refill for my Pomegranate leather journal.

Unfortunately the refillable leather journals are discontinued. The journals were published in two sizes, 5 x 7" and 6 x 8 ½". Currently Pomegranate has one 5 x 7" Judaic leather journal and one Gathering of Flowers 5 x 7" refill available. Both items are on sale and may be sold out any time.

I'm looking for a previously published Pomegranate calendar. Might you have it in stock?

It's terrific that you'd ask but we do not stock any past dated calendars.

I'm trying to check on my order status, but when I enter the order number my order isn't found.

Yahoo!'s security prevents unknown users from viewing your order, so if Yahoo! doesn't recognize you then you won't be able to see your order. Log in using your Yahoo! ID; you can do so by going to my.yahoo.com.

Or, simply email us to find out your order status. Here's our contact information.

I didn't get what I ordered. What do I do now?

Please remember that gift wrap ships in tubes and everything else ships in boxes--it is not unusual for cartons to become separated during shipment. However, if after two weeks you have still not received all of your order, please let us know. We guarantee your satisfaction.
